Legal notice, privacy and licence

promulga.com is published by Olivier Bouchez Data Consulting (Olivier Bouchez, independent consultant), Uccle, Brussels, Belgium. Contact: olivier@olivier-bouchez.com, support@promulga.com, sales@promulga.com.

Hosting: Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), with the content stored in a GitHub repository.

Privacy

  • No cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no third-party fonts or scripts: everything is served from promulga.com.
  • The hosting provider processes technical data (IP address, browser, requested page) to deliver the site and protect it against attacks, in short-lived logs, under its own privacy policy. Legal basis: legitimate interest (security and operation of the site).
  • When you write to support@ or sales@, your e-mail is used only to answer you and to follow up our exchange, and is kept as long as needed for that purpose (at most three years after the last contact, unless a contract requires longer). Legal basis: your request, or pre-contractual steps.
  • Your data is never sold nor shared for marketing. You may ask for access, correction or deletion at support@promulga.com, and complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
  • The Promulga application you install runs on your own server: its data (documents, users, logs) is under your responsibility as controller; the publisher has no access to it.
